Clearing Flash Cache In Oasis
Step 1: From the Home Page, select "manufacturer" tab
Step 2: Double click on Cooper manufacturer, select Cooper tab on menu.
Step 3: In drop down select Clear Flash Cache
Step 4: Click ok and after that Save and close
Step 5: Restart Oasis.
A Key Point:
You will not be able to submit order to Cooper if account number is missing. You will see the following error instead: "2G customer not
authorized for any brand.”
If you still receive error message when sending order to Cooper, even after the account number is listed, clear Flash Cache in Oasis.
