Key Points:

• Agents need to request a 'Commitment Date' and receive an approved date prior to submitting an order. If you enter a Commitment Date, you would need to select the 'CO' promotion under Promos

• If "Ship Complete Order" is selected, 'Do Not Deliver Before' dates should not be added at the line level. (Back Orders, if any, may affect shipping.)

• If the Freight terms selected is 'Freight Paid By Third Party', a Freight account number should be added under the '3rd Party Customer Infromation'.

• The 'Carrier' field can only be populated if the Freight Terms selected is 'Freight Paid By Third Party.'
